On time departure, clean, up to date charter bus. It was a very pleasant 1st experience.

Bus arrived at station more than 30 minutes early. It was hot outside and the experience would have been top notch to board people earlier than 5 minutes before planned departure time. Then an unruly person caused the police to be called. This actually caused us to leave 10-15 minutes late. While the driver was nice, the policy could be better. The bus was supposed to have individual charing stations. It had none.
