It was terrible. The service was bad, the other passengers smelled bad, there was no wifi, there were no refreshments. We had to get off at multiple bus stations, pack and unpack everything, with multiple buses showing up late. One was delayed because of mechanical issues. It was a horrible experience. I'll never take a bus cross country again

Bus very dirty no instruction when to load or unload your baggage got to Houston and your baggage handlers work very unsafe left a stepping bench in front of the door and I trip and fell on the floor very unorganized never again Greyhound u guys need to get organized
