We had to get off at multiple bus stations, pack and unpack everything, with multiple buses showing up late. One was delayed because of mechanical issues. It was a horrible experience. I'll never take a bus cross country again

Bus very dirty no instruction when to load or unload your baggage got to Houston and your baggage handlers work very unsafe left a stepping bench in front of the door and I trip and fell on the floor very unorganized never again Greyhound u guys need to get organized
