Bus Tickets from Miami, FL to Kissimmee

Excellent I enjoy every things it s a good bus and good driver first thing. The driver coming on time we reached Kissimmee on time .The second time I came with this bus Its excellent.i advice anyone can take it.

The bus came early and departed ontime. The driver, John was efficient and courteous. I appreciated that a lot. John is certainly an asset to your company. He cares about the comfort and satisfaction of your clients. He chauffeurs well. However, your directions to the bus stop at Miami International Airport were insufficient.

Driver was great and very professional felt safe with his driving, but couldn’t find the onboard outlet to charge my mobile device, but the bus was nice and dark, looked like a spaceship.

First of all, she wasn’t able to even take her trip to Kissimmee when it was very important.

No one explained to us where exaclty we needed to show up. There was nobody checking the names and tickets. I requested wheelchair accessibility ever sinceI purchased the ticket. Then, on that day, the driver told me that I needed to call beforehand to let the authorities know about my wheelchair but I was never informed. Everthing was so disorganized with no logistic at all.

Excelente. A little confused about the restroom. It seemed it did not worked the acces door

they should inform people before getting there that is a extra charge of 18$ for a purchase of a ticket with out your name...

I didn’t get to catch my bus cause the person inside the greyhound station did not know how to print my ticket. Call greyhound 1800 number just to get a run around by rude employees. Had to wait on the next shift which printed my ticket with no problem for the next day 🤦🏾‍♀️. Had to call out of work cause of this bull

The bad odor of restroom was disgusting. I missed the correct bus stop on Kissimme and arrive to the final stop. Then i’ve Got back to Kissimme spending more money by my own. Thanks
