Where do I start. The first leg of the journey Nashville to Atlanta was late 2.5 hours even before we got on the bus. The terminal crew was unhelpful and nobody seemed to know anything. Passengers were treated like cattle and just told to sit with no info on what was going on. A fellow traveler had to cancel his flight from Atlanta seeing what was happening. Once we - finally and very late - got to Atlanta it turned out my next bus to Savannah (planned departure 4:25) hasn't arrived yet - which was lucky for me seeing as I was delayed by 2 hours. Still again no one could tell us when it was going to come or whether we should hold onto our original tickets or change to later departures. Two fellow passengers got rescheduled - one apparently departing 8am and the other one 8 pm. In the end a bus to Savannah arrived and we all boarded even though each of us had a ticket for a different schedule. The very nice female bus driver informed us she had no idea what happened either and she was dragged to drive on her off day. Seriously it's my second ride on greyhound and the experience is getting worse with each ride.
