The bus was so filthy.
The seats were filthy and some were working, some not. The bus ride was horrible. Constantly bouncing as if it needs shocks or something. The bathroom was smelly. This was a horrible ride!!!

The driver was great but the bathroom needs desperately to be clean . It smells when the bus arrives to start the trip . I would’ve given 5 stars if bathroom didn’t smell so bad . Need to put more if the disinfectant in the toilet first the smell and then it would definitely be a 5 star

The bus was so crowded. I was given a seat number and the bus was already more than half full when I boarded it. Seat was already taken, of course. No tissue in the bathroom. Pros: Driver seem to drive safe and was punctual on arrival.

1. Staff no smile at all time;
2. Hygiene should improve a lot: unclean toilet and, no hand washing detergent;
3. Bus seats was so old and dirty.
4. Waiting room should have some comfort chairs not the hard bench.

I took the bus several times before I never had a problem, but unfortunately, this time was the worst bus ride by far. It was so bumpy that I hit my head on the roof while sitting down and ended in a strangers lap all because of the bus. I did not feel safe.

Overall it was an okay trip. I just hate it that it was a young man in the back playing his music off of his cell phone it really bother a lot of customers. As well as I wish they would stick by the 15 minute policy when they stop. Because of the customers we were late by at least 30 minutes

Greyhound bus station in Norfolk was closed and I was not informed to catch the bus elsewhere. Which made me miss the bus. So I had to travel to Richmond to catch the bus at a later time. Which was a great inconvenience.

During the delays, the staff did not seem to care to inform us of what the issues was or what time we would be getting to our destination. We had to wait in our connection for over 2 hours just to be last to board a bus that already had previous passengers on it. Overall, the experience was very bad and we all felt very "left out in the cold" by most of the staff.

Lots of stops which makes it slow, but other than that it’s nice. Elastic water bottle holds on the backs of the seats which wonderful. Why doesn’t everyone have this?

My reservation was cancelled twice because of driver issues or mechanical problems. They could never confirm which one it was. I paid in advanced to be stranded at the last minute . They sent an email I didn't get until the last minute both times. They could of text me. Smh. Never again.
