The passengers that sat in front of me, reclined their seat so far back that my legs were cramping, these seats are already extremely tight, making them recline only makes it worse, some people have no consideration for those around them, so allowing them to recline their seat is a terrible idea, the seats should remain in one position in order to not make the ride uncomfortable for others. It's unfortunate that because of other riders, my experience was a literal 3 hour nightmare.
The bus left us waiting in the cold for an hour and 10 minutes with very few updates. Got to New York over 2 hours late. Terrible company with garbage customer service and I will never take them again.
Our bus driver was a bit rude and blunt towards the people on board, it was also hard to understand him at times. There was no wifi or bathroom available on board, luckily the driver pulled over to a service centre. The USB ports were damaged also. Other than that, it was a smooth trip and it wasn’t too late to pick and drop off.
Honest review here!!! I can of course only talk about my experience. I was scared when reading the reviews because they’re honestly bad. My biggest fear was that they were going to tell me the bus was never arriving. But the opposite. We arrived 1 hour earlier by mistake and there was a guy for the 9:00 am bus that was leaving. He saw us freezing and asked us if we wanted to stay at his office. I was glad there was an office nearby. We thanked him but we went for breakfast instead. When we came back our bus was there before 10:00 am we went inside fast, no problem with the tickets or anything. The bus was soooo clean, the seats where spacious. The heat was working great, the driver was driving at a good speed. I can only talk good things about this ride.
While it was appreciated that the driver did what he could to get the whole busload of people to Las Vegas, weather conditions and traffic conditions need to monitored in order to accurately provide a reasonable travel time. Everyone on the bus lost precious time that they could have spent with their friends and family since we spent 26 hours on the bus. While the situation was handled as much as it could in the moment, it should also have been something avoidable given some foresight.
As it was Thanksgiving and the parade was in full swing, the pick up location was blocked due to the parade route. We were told to go to another location and wait there. We did not receive any notification of the change and when speaking with customer service knew nothing. We arrived eventually arrived at our destination. The bus was really really hot and the bus driver could not turn the heat down. The bathroom was not clean
Just thought a white girl/woman sitting near blacks in da bus weren't aware of the recent "electricity outlet dispute for future possible mishalves should still have much anger on both "race" cuz was not a settled dispute!
The ride was mostly OK, but the bus stop was hard to find (not 220, but rather 225 Harrison street) and the driver did not really speak english + could not tell where the bus stops in NYC (after the stop in Bronx).
Driver rude and abrupt. Made the journey uncomfortable and the toilet was out of order, driver would not wait for passengers to go the rest room as stated he would not wait if anyone was longer than 15m. WiFi was not working either no screens working. Only had the window to look out of for 5h. Would not use again.
The bus driver left me and two other passengers at the Barstow Station and they took our luggage. We had to pay for other ticket in other company and can’t find my luggage. It’s really urgent to get my luggage because there’s my passport in it
The toilet on the bus was out of order resulting in a long journey. The driver did stop at a service station on route. My seat did not recline either. The bus was operated by a different carrier not a coach run bus
