Service from staff was good and helpful...bus from Rapid City SD to Minnesota was in poor condition very uncomfortable dirty, passenger sitting behind me spitting on floor my traveling partner notified the driver it never clean up or taken care off as it body fluids this will come Under infection control. I will say bus drivers did wonderful job getting all passengers to their destination safe. Thankyou Michelle Robles Australia .
