The bus broke down 15 miles South of Atlanta. Had to wait over 2 hours for another bus. I ended up taking Uber home
A member of staff nearly beat me up, upon picking up my ticket she let me wait for nearly 30 minutes whiles she was on her phone.I told her i a back pain and cannot stand for longer and she got mad and shouting at me and insulting me. A security came and apologise to me and help me.
I am satisfied with the bus service but the staff at ticket counter was very rude.
