Bus from Buffalo, NY to New York City: Tickets & Schedules

The bus was very comfortable, the driver had good driving skills, however, we arrived late at New York due to local traffic congestion; I did not like that there was no wifi in the bus, as advertised at booking time.

Sat in basically 1/2 seat because the other person occupied 1&1/2 seat for the whole 8 hour journey

This was worse journeys ever in my life.bus driver fully unprofessional and can’t reach our destination because of accidents.in New Jersey he did accident and bus stopped.then we payed our own money to go New York.

The seating was uncomfortable, the driver switched and we had to wait outside for a long time. Everything was unprofessional and the bathroom stink.

Seating, charging stations and wifi facilities were great but lateness is a major issue. The bus was never early; not for departure nor arrival. The ETA to NYC was 7:10am. We got there 8:15 am. I planned my trip with that time in mind as I had plans. Being an hour late threw my plans out of whack and I had to be scrambling to do damage control. Ironically, if a passenger is late he or she is left stranded without any mercy or grace shown. I witnessed this on my trip up to Buffalo. A man and his son arrived just as the bus was pulling out after being over 1/2 hour late. The driver could simply have stopped, braked, opened the door and allowed them in. They had no luggage that I could see. He kept driving, leaving them stranded forgetting that we just waited on him over half hour late. Noone made a fuss or said anything. 😮‍💨

Very bad drag smell. I know it's not your fault but the smell was from your passengers and I ended up vomit in the bus. Long waiting time on the stops. I would prefer like 5-10 minutes brake. Everything else was okay.

not enough legroom. I’m tall so I couldn’t fit at all. Some weird guy snuck on the bus-I’m pretty sure he didn’t even have a ticket

All was good except for the toilet, the door kept opening and shutting all the time and made a lot of noise.

The driver got us to our destination safe n in a timely manor. He was also respectful and communicated to us about our change of route. The other guest respected each others space and limiting the use of cellphones without earpieces. The pick up location was easy to find. I didn't like that charging outlets wasn't working and some of the foot rest didn't work. Overall service was good. Thanks

the ticket was from buffalo to NYC. was told that bus had some issues. then later told bus would be leaving from Rochester. the bus left at 3:45PM. Almost 4 hours delay
