Terrible way of dealing with people when these persons have to make do and defend / protect themselves vis a vis the sudden closing of the Canadian border. We finally managed to come back to Montreal thanks to the goodwill of some policemen and customs officers and in spite of the antipathy of Adirondack Trailways staff, especially the supervisor in charge of Albany station on that night .
Very good experience
Bus is too crowded
Greyhound staff at Port Authority was very friendly and helpful! Bus driver was funny and awesome!
The machines at the station where unable to print my ticket therefore I had to ask for the driver to accept me on the bus without a printed ticket. It was very nerve racking because I called greyhound and they were very indifferent about my situation and I knew my trip back home depended on the driver's judgement. Thankfully the driver was really nice and accepted me on the bus .
Good experience overall, but the outlets should not be advertised as functional for charging when none of them actually work.
It was not confortable as a trip, plus I lost my passport when I've arrived at the bus station at berri. ..the customer service of greyhound in Montréal they didn't seem co-operative. .they got cameras everywhere. .it's easy to check it what happened with my passport ...I am disappointed with the service .
We were reassigned to a different bus that was not under greyhound after our bus being delayed over 8 hours. I’d like a compensation.
I am very upset my bus was supposed to leave at 11.00 clock pm we was delayed I am not happy it was very inconvenient they kept moving so they could clean the place was extremely dirty they let us around the people was all night we were in the station unto 8,30 the next morning very tired not no accountability we were yet treated like animals moving us from one side of the building to the next I don’t want to use greyhound anymore the services was horrible I planning make a complaint about I have taken greyhound for over twenty years and never experienced this level of inconsistency and inconsideration I feel horrible and sick from this night 2/8/2020 my ticket was for the 7th of feb
Had a really good ride, everything was on time
Good customer service but left waited 1 hour before bus arrive and it was cold outside
I specially liked the courtesy of the driver of the bus, I was in, I was impressed by her professionality
They switched us to another bus on the way, delayed, no detail or announcements. The bus was so cold, I was freezing will all my clothes and jackets on.
Departure was at 12:01 - bus started backing out at 12:00:55 Arrival was at 8:20 - bus turned the engine off at 8:20:00
It was overall a good organized experience but the driver left us to costumes, because he didn’t count the passengers. And they took longer to process our documents. Best regards.
Timing was perfect and bus driver was great. Naturally, an overnight bus ride isn’t the most comfortable. But overall greyhound did not disappoint!
Internet was not working but the rest of the service and the driver was all ok
No wifi and no warning that we’d be early, so people could make arrangements for pick up accordingly.
It was a wonderful trip that night... the driver was awesome with the passengers 😊😊👌
The driver was so rude to the passengers
Nice and safe trip. Excellent driver. Good job 👍
Confortable bus, more than the one to do New York - Albany.
Custom cause the delay
Bus took many stops due to engine heating issues. Also seats were not comfortable like other buses.
I think the trip was good. I’m ready to recommend trailways for any trip.
Nothing to complain about
Very bad experience , it took 11 hours to reach montreal city instead of 6 or instead of the 9 hours planned.
driver not nice
