Schedule on time, staff was not polite, bus toilet smelled
Comfortable and easy trip! I did notice it can be a bit confusing with the transfers and moving around and the outlets unfortunately did not work. Also both grey hounds I took arrived an hour earlier than scheduled haha not necessarily a bad thing just surprised me!
Late departures and late arrivals
Decently comfy seats but considering it was an overnight bus, there were lots of stops at short intervals, making it impossible to sleep. There was also nothing done about passengers who got on earlier hogging two seats with their bags, and not giving them up to other passengers.
Over all it was fine but the bus had many stops if we take a morning bus route
The travel time was actually shorter than the one indicated!
Nice seat and service
Arriving on time is great enough.
The trip was fairly good, however. The pick up from Queens Villege was tardy. The office was closed, the bus came one and a half hour late. No one to give us information, calls to The office was not answered. Persons standing in the cold , no restroom facility no where to sit. Crazy
fm NY to Tor- the air conditioning broken, no wifi on bus, seat is hard
It was very comfortable
Poor miserable old times buses
There was really a nasty smell coming out of the washrooms. The smell which wasn't noticeable at the beginning, increased as the trip went on. Believe me that for those who were sitting at the back, it was unbearable.
Great service A+
Bus was late because of extra time at customs otherwise on schedule
I like greyhound but eventhough there is wifi provided i still can't use it ..i signed in by the way.
my trip was very well interested and your drivers are great
Bus travel with greyhound - The Worst!
The bus broke down
The bus was overbooked. The staff did not project their voices so everyone could hear. Many, including myself could not hear unless we told them to repeat. Ive heard them use the system to broadcast messages so it was a little frustrating to constantly be asked questions that the staff should have been answering or walking down the line to answer questions. Another bus had to be ordered based on the overbooking of tickets. When the bus came it was extremely hot. The bus driver from NY to Buffalo had to make sure the bathroom was in good shape and kept the smell down to a minimum. He also ensured we switched busses due to the heat and smell. Sincerely apologies but I don’t remember his name however, he was amazing and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. Very funny and professional.
I like greyhound
Very unprofessional and no consideration that the passenger has work/appointments to get to for which trusted Greyhound to help make it happen by getting one from point A to B according to schedule. This trip was a real nightmare.
To whom it may concern. Firstly, I must say they treated Canadians like garbage, they let the people going to buffalo first and wasn’t any proper seats, they spread and take seats for themselves and for us have to squeeze and to make ourselves comfortable, poor Ac, and driver doesn’t address customer nicely... no wifi access 😞 and the driver should let customers knew that they must be considered with using their electronics device, they Americans guys have their phones and lights all the way to buffalo, this is disrespectful, didn’t get a nap 💤 at all from New York. Wish this can be addressed poor service.
That was another good experience to take Greyhound bus.I like it a lot.
getting downtown on time but miss my connection to Pearson and I was stranded alone by myself in a new country because those who checked the tickets failed to put me on the right bus in Buffalo.
There was no working receptacle on the bus to charge my laptop and there was no entertainment either. I was a bit bored for this 12 hour journey.
The drivers were helpful to the pasengers. The AC power outlets supply never worked. The new driver at Buffalo did check and tried to reset, but was not successful. I was unable to contact my concerned family and friends who were very worried by not being able to receive my alerts.
Staff was so rude. Nothing personally to me but they were rude against some elderly passangers. Bus driver and gate keeper went on argument between each other and were yelling in front of all customers. Some customers as for help with some information but bus driver was noy willing to help. Completely neglect them. I will pay extra for flight but will never travel on bus again.
Satisfied and will definitely ride with Greyhound again!
