Very good and comfortable service.
No fault of our driver, he swerved near Heulva to miss an oncoming truck in our lane. The truck hit the side of the bus so we had to wait for the police to finish. Excellent, attentive driving!
A very enjoyable ride well driven.
Driver was incredibly rude.
Very good. Only hard part was finding where to meet the bus at Seville Train Station. Maybe needs some signs to show clearly where the bus leaves from?
Good comfortable buses with sockets and usbs for phones and laptops
Very smooth trip. The online booking was smooth and very helpful,
Great service and value. Excellent staff/driver. Toilet on the bus was not available and made the trip uncomfortable
Nearly 2 hours late. No explanation or apology. Avoid.
We were uncertain if we were on the right bus as it was not marked Alsa in anyway. Trip was smooth.
Very nice ride
Great service for a visitor
Extremely rude coach driver (on bus 661). The rest was fine.
Good price, seats were good, could have a little bit more leg room
As a matter of fact, we had luck, because we tought, that we had to take an other bus from Faro to Albufeira. But the bus whent all the way there. A litle bit strange, because when we bought the tickets on net, we did not fin a direct connection to Albufeira.
The toilets didn’t work
Lousy Wi-Fi, indifferent bus driver, although his driving skills were excellent. Would have been nice, but probably more than to be expected, that the driver speak English.
Very good and safe
Seats are too close to each other. When someone reclines then the back person cannot even open their tray.
Very reliable, on time leaving and arriving at destination. Easy to book online, very friendly helpful drivers - highly recommend this company .
Nice smooth ride. Better than travel by train. Quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended...
Modern bus which meant a quick and smoother ride.
Hi there. The bus was on the board in Seville for 10pm (to Faro). We checked with staff and they kept saying "next". At 11:30pm we were giving up. We asked the staff (well there was nowhere open, but one of the staff walking around). They didn't know anything, not could they do anything. About 23:30 suddenly the bus arrived, from then on we just drove to Faro. Initial dealings with Alsa were great. But not that late incident.
The driver got into a tight turning spot that appeared impossible. He went back and forth and back and forth MULTIPLE times and finally was able to make the 270 degree turn.
Excellent service. Very easy to book and comfortable to travel. The buses were very clean, too.
Nice bus, comfortable, clean. Much confusion in boarding as it was called out as Lagos when many of us were expecting a bus for Faro Aeropuerto. Neither the ticket counter, the driver, or any signage made clear that one bus went both places. So as driver kept calling out Lagos many of us waiting almost missed boarding.
Good service. No frills but everything worked OK. A little late leaving although we were packed and ready to go. I’ve already recommended ALSA to a friend who lives in Faro.
