My seat was a bit crammed because the passenger on the seat in front of me insisted on putting his seat down against me; way down. He should not be able to put the seat that far down.
I believe it would help to have a schedule of the bus destination and the spot/stall the bus is leaving from available for travellers...Instead of me asking (as I did, ...and I don't speak Portuguese) a number of staff and getting a different answers from most of them.
The bus itself was a smooth ride, comfortable seats and good leg room. Very loud screechy sound throughout the ride was distracting, as if something was loose, however not that big an issue. Bus was approx half an hour late in arriving, we then had a welcome comfort break at a petrol station which the driver said would be 20 minutes that turned into more than half an hour. That alongside a minor delay on the road (not the driver's fault) meant we were close to an hour late in arriving in Seville. Overall smooth with a few minor issues but the delay was an inconvenience.
The bus driver was extremely rude to everyone on the bus. At a stop I asked to use the washroom and he replied aggressively no no no and shoved me back onto the bus. I told him that he did not need to be rude about it. He also yelled at someone for eating. He was a total jerk.
Although only traveling from Faro to Seville, we found it inconceivable that the bus was going all the way to Sofia without the toilet or air conditioning being operational.
We’re disappointed about the sit place as the app didn’t make us choosing and we got the sit at the very back which are not comfortable at all and very hot.
Easy commute from Faro airport to Seville. Would use this service again and try other routes offered throughout Portugal and Spain. Driver was friendly and helpful.
Cool, quick and value for money. However the reclining seat of the large man in front of me made for an uncomfortable journey as he encroached on my personal space.
The bus was running late, probably due to traffic. My problem was the bus station in Faro itself. Very crowded, with relatives seeing people off. There was no information available, the only notice board wasn’t working.
Overall I actually had a great experience. The bus was comfortable, and the driver friendly. However, the on board toilet was broken. Luckily our driver stopped for everyone to use the washroom, and our distance travelled wasn’t too far. It is very inconvenient though to be trapped on the bus for that long with no facilities.
Bus was late. No explanation. Had to load own bags. Not much legroom as existing passengers all had seat reclined. Toilet facilities at Faro were disgusting.
Staff were polite but not friendly and welcoming. No help with loading or unloading luggage. No directions to the bus stop on the bus ticket or confirmation email.
The problem was that it was not clear where to pick the bus up. We were not sure we were in the correct place especially as your email said arrive 30 to 45 minutes early but there wasn't an office or anyone to check us in. We did not need to arrive so early
Really bad service. No space for bags. People were sleeping so we have to sit in any free spaces. Not respect for allocated seats. Seats very narrow and uncomfortable
Driver was very proffesional, unfortunately I do nothave his name but he need to be informed how the passengers appreciated his skills as driver and person. Onrigado. Piet Steyn. South Africa
The driver was so professional and such an expert driver...very skilled. I felt so safe. It was the best travel I've ever taken and I'm 68 years old. My travel companion and I were both impressed.
Trip from Faro to Sevilla was excellent. However, there was some driver/bus confusion on the return trip which made for a 15 mins delay in leaving Sevilla bus terminal.
The bus took us to us to the right place at the right time. We were told we could sit anywhere despite having allocated seats so there was the inevitable mix up amongst some travellers who wanted to sit in their allicated seats that were full. There was aircon and free wifi.
