The bus that was advertised stated there would be extra legroom. My knees touched the back of the seat in front of me BEFORE the passenger reclined the seat back. Luckily there was an empty seat next to me so that I could sit sideways.
Excellent.very courteous staff.bus was very neat and clean and comfortable.
All was very good with exception of very little leg room for a long trip.
The driver didn't speak English, and not kind. Some baggage of others were lost. Toilet was not free, it's crazy. We were really disappointed.
ALSA's service has been good. Very punctual and the staff friendly and helpful.
Bus was clean and comfortable, drive was pleasant.
The trip was pleasant. The seats are comfortable. We also had a rest stop of 30 minutes on the way. We arrived nearly 2 hours earlier than scheduled.
We really enjoyed our trip. The bus was very comfortable, driver helpful and friendly, lunch stop great!
Professional driver who made sure we were all accounted for. Included a well-appreciated rest stop for food and refreshment.
Was not the bus I expected. No wi-fi, no charging points.
Loved the wifi
Love the driver! Calm and attentive.
5 star service and nice driver. Good luck
Good service, on time and nice staff.
The driver was very rude.
Need to employ more customer friendly drivers
Ride was fine overall. Just negative that the WC cost 1 Euro, but barely had any toilet paper, did not flush, and no water in sink. My ticket also said bus will arrive destination at 6pm, but arrived 1 hour early. Should be like airlines where it should state local arrival time.
Small legroom, no specific waiting area informed in for santa justa station: the bus will wait in front of mcdonalds.
The bus was a little small and cramped up. There were not enough outlets to charge mobiles and other devices
The bus driver's driving skills were excellent, he did a great job over the entire course of the trip.
very good service and prompt and fast and safe... only there must be a counter for guiding people specially tourists. otherwise we had a great experience.
We booked in group but we're not got a seat together. Someone take our seat already :(
It would have been helpful to know in advance where we would be stopping for a break.
We used Alsa 3 times. Coldba-Granada-Sevillia-Lisbon.The buses ,seats of the buses ,were good and were so comfortable.
The bus driver was great and helpful. We had no problems on our ride.
