Overall, it was a fine trip except for the fact that the bus smelled terribly bad. In the first hour of my trip from Bismarck to St. Cloud, there was a lady who sat towards the front of the bus. The whole hour, she was on her phone with the bus company speaking in a particularly loud voice. She threatened to kill the bus driver multiple times (although, she gave off no signs that she would actually make an attack), and kept on claiming when she had been kidnapped when she obviously had not been. When she got off the bus at the next stop, the bus driver left before she could grab her bags. All this put a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be using Jefferson Lines again as I am struck by the lack of customer concern and unprofessional interactions. Also, I paid a bit too much for the poor quality I received.
