Greyhound staff is very rude to customers. I don’t know if I’m riding with Greyhound ever again

Overbooked and did not have the accommodation to cover all travelers. Travelers were forced to stand in the cold for 1-2 hours to wait for the bus

I am a CAA member and didn't receive my discount, we were held at the border for over one hour, one of the passengers told me the driver allowed some Americans to board the bus without proper documents. Most of the passengers were angry and said they will never use Grayhound again.

WE got to Niagara quite early but were unable to use the vending machines. They wouldn't take American money and our credit cards didn't work either. It was a little frustrating since we were hungry and didn't realize there was food at the Toronto station. The bus was very clean, the driver was pleasant. Overall very acceptable ride.
Overall it was a pleasant trip. I wish we had been given information/explanation regarding the delay leaving Toronto but once on board everything went well and our driver explained everything that was going on, especially when we got stuck for a little while in st Catherines due to a festival.

No info why the bus was delayed.. only after 1H 50min somebody came by on the platform saying that the bus will arrive shortly. No reason, no apology. Very dissapointing!

Bus smelt real bad, the toilet was the most disgusting thing everleft late. And arrived two hours late due to border control, not greyhounds fault but wouldn't travel again this way.

Bus was due to leave at 0600 but hadn’t even Boarded at 0620. No communication what so ever. Staff rude and abrupt without any sort of service. Treated not like customers but like they were doing us a huge favour. Shame

Only the departed time's delay was unsatisfied factor. Especially, a similer route bus(Niagara Fall bound) had departed (our) ontime from same bus stop was very confused. Wifi was confortable running and a electric plug was working, etc. were very valuable factor for me.
late, un-communicative busdriver, uneven WiFi, no-rest stops- and why can't one reserve a seat in advance instead of wasting 45 minutes lining up: I have had better bus service in Africa.
