It happened the bus I took has enough seats that each passenger could sit without a neighbour, which is good at this critical time. Better still if the seats can be sanitized between layover and change of passengers. .
Schedule was not convenient. I had to wait 5 hours after getting off the bus at London and paid for a room before I could get on the bus at 4 am. Real inconvenience.
Bus ride itself was good, tickets were easy to book. But the bus was extremely late and there was little communication to passengers what was going on.
I did not used the ticket at all and I call few time to reschedule to use another time because we had family emergency and we cancel the trip but I did not get any help from Greyhound staff
The driver was so friendly and he was not helpful at all
Lots of passengers coming to our bus and not knowing which bus is the correct bus
This mostly happens during our stop in London
The bus arrived 2 hours later than scheduled, people waited in line for all the time outside in the cold expecting the bus anytime. A notice should have been sent to the passengers informing them of the delay. I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I arrived 2 hours later than expected and had family waiting for me for that time on the other side to pick me up.
I waited until 7pm for a bus that was supposed to depart at 4pm, i missed my flight out of toronto because i was that late off the bus. very dissatisfied and i will no longer be a returning customer
The bus was late to Windsor but arriving late to Toronto is not the driver’s fault. There was a crash on 401 which caused a huge delay. Overall experience was really good , wifi was stable and washroom was neat. Seats are better than via rail. Was able to get good sleep.
I loved sitting on this bus! My luggage (50Lbackpack) could be stored in the cabin compartent. Further, the toilet was really clean and smelt really nice. I appreciated it!
Driver from London stop to Windsor was rude. Looked like he hated his job and was taking his anger out on customers saying things like "Jesus" after asking someone to do something rudely. Definitely does not know how to treat people with respect & patience
i have an appointment in toronto at 2:30 and the bus should be there at 1:30 pm departure from windsor at 8:00 am but the bus came late for one hour and 20min and i cancelled everything ..
I always liked to be with this company but after what happened last time I wouldn't because I have to wait for more than an hour and 40 minutes until the bus come
The drivers are not respectful. People work in the station aren't helpful. It was my second time in a week one Toronto to Windsor and return from Windsor to Toronto in both way I had the terrible experience never ever buy ticket
Bad customer service in Windsor lady refused to print ticket my printer at homw wasn’t working second wifi did not work when we asked the driver he said tjat this is not my job
First time booking ticket online and traveling on Greyhound BAD experience. I have to pay $20 because I clicked on the wrong date and to sum it up they changed bus at London and misplaced my luggage. When I got to my destination there was no luggage. God is good we arrived safe.
Bus driver was rude. Our suitcases were heavier than we expected but we really apologised and he proceeded to shout at us and just said “get on now”. Compared to other companies I’ve used they’re just not up to scratch. No apology for the delay and no travel info along the way. It was all a guessing game. I’ll be avoiding greyhound in the future which is a shame
I haven't taken the Greyhound in over 20 years. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was. Though a bit too cold with the air cool and the only thing I would suggest to add is a net to the back of the seats to put a water bottle or magazine in. Also would've been good if the bus driver announced how long the stop was going to be in London so that patrons could anticipate their time frame.
Overall a good experience, but the delay leaving Windsor was a bit of a bummer. The driver did a nice job making good time. Also, the loading at Windsor was a bit chaotic with people pushing to get on the bus with it being full. Not as smooth as my trip down, but would use Greyhound again based on overall value.
I missed my flight and I had to pay extra money to get on the next flight. Because of this, I’m currently having a 9 hours lay over before taking the next flight to my destination.
