Horrible experience. Waited for more than an hour for the bus. The driver took so many wrong turns. I litteraly sat on the steps with my maps on telling her where to turn. I missed an important event. I am so upset at your service. No notifications that bus is late. No answer when tried to call. This is ridiculous. I am ready to post this experience on every social media.
Overall I think Greyhound provides a great service. However, I just think that the bus should leave and arrive at the times specitified online. My bus left late (by 15 mins) and arrived late (by 30 mins) despite no traffic. I would be totally fine with arriving at a later time, it's just important to me that my arrival time is accurate so I can let someone know when to pick me up without having to wait over 30 mins.
All was late with Grayhound due not having enough drivers. And thanks to grayhound to provide transportation. This all was a fault to protest groups on the tracks and Via rail not operating. Thanks again and shame on Canadian government that supports anarchy...
This was not my first time travelling greyhound. Unfortunately, yesterday(8Feb2020) had a bad day, i was travelling from London to Hamilton. As per as ticket, bus was scheduled to start at 8:00pm. But my journey actually started around 8:15pm. Other than this, i was about to reach at 9:30pm according to ticket. But i reached Hamilton by 10:20pm or 10:25pm. This was my really bad experience with greyhound.
There was 50 min of wait until the bus started to move from London to Hamilton and the customer service guy by the desk in London was unwelcome and unprofessional with customers... driver was ok but his helper was rude to people.. this was Jan 1st 8 pm trip
Not sure what happened but the ticket said the bus would arrive in Hamilton at 9:30 no stops. The bus did stop and arrived in Hamilton closer to 10:15.
Not happy about that. Could someone please email me and clarify this issue
It's always a great, smooth ride. I was extremely disappointed that we were told that the bus driver was going to be taking a 15 minute break once he got to the station 25 minutes late. We finally got moving an hour late. I had to cancel my plans for the evening.
Driver did not drop us in Hamilton where we were told he would - university avenue. driver was not helpful about how to get back to there from Mary Keyes... ?drop
There should be more time schedules from london to Hamilton. In addition, I think the bus driver from Hamilton to London at 11:30 bus was impolite with a customer sitting in the front of the bus. He rudely scolded him to shut his tab because it was affecting his driving.
Servics was not so goodI bookes my ticket by mistake at 11:30pm instead of 11:30AM. I wanted to change but they denied. They want additional $25 dollar to change my ticket. Ticket worth is $25 of 1 side. So what is the meaning to change ticket?
Terrifying, dangerous driver. Ran red light and stood on the breaks on 5+ occasions. Like really slammed the breaks, sending passengers’ belongings flying. I felt nauseous by the time I left the bus and was lucky that we weren’t involved in a road traffic accident
Decent the guy at the counter was great help I left my cell phone and he was calm and helped me call to get it. But the girl that was working was super rude and pushy to all the people. And the bus way almost an hour behind. It was sitting at the station for almost 45 mins before we boarded it and I sat on it for 25 mins before we left and everyone was on working 5 mins of boarding. I don’t get it
The main complaint I have regarding Greyhounds service, is there lack of indication and clarity on the exact pickup points or terminal they're pulling into... and the fact that the busses are rarely marked indicating as to where they're headed to. Almost missing the bus as a result of it, makes for a very frustrating situation - to say the least!.
Everything was fine other than not being allowed to use my cell phone at all during the bus ride I travelled with greyhound about a month before this last trip to London And passengers were allowed to use their cell phones I know a lot other people are very unhappy with this policy and they won’t be travelling with greyhound ever again unless customers are allowed to use their cell phones it’s fine if there’s a no talking policy on the cellphone But completely banning cell phones on greyhound is appropriate And I will not be travelling on greyhound ever again because of that
I am very unhappy about the trip because when I checked the stop point on line I saw that the bus was supposed to stop in Brantford that is why I took it with the idea to stop in Brantford but the driver didn't accept to stop and went to leave me in Hamilton
Conveniently, securely, in time. But the bus stop for the Mac Master is not indicated. We didn't find her. and missed the flight. This is a big organizational minus of the company.
I have to travel by bus and it used to be very convenient but not any more. It takes me almost 3 hours to get to London and then the same back to Hamilton, which is really an inconvenience. I used to be able to take an Express, which was ideal, but now it is not available. I have to say that my trip home today was very enjoyable because it seemed to go so fast. Greyhound is not as user friendly as it used to be but it is pretty much my only option.
Bus was 20 minutes late leaving the terminal. It was the first bus in the morning and the driver did not show up for the first 15 minutes after we boarded the bus.
We arrived at the Hamilton stop 25 minutes late of the time listed on the ticket/website. Because of this the GoTrain was no longer operating forcing me to use a taxi to get to my location which cost a fortune on a Friday night. Overall bad experience
