Bus Tickets from London Station to Pearson Toronto Airport

I appreciated and considered the driver's ethical and professional behavior, especially during the period of congested traffic due to the accident on the highway.

Bus driver was courteous, helpful with my suitcase, bus was clean- a little late but it was a holiday.

Your bus was late by 30 minutes for pick up. Your bus took 2 hours longer than scheduled. Therefore, I missed the Blue Jays game. The trip from Toronto to London was late by 30 minutes. No one new where the pick up location was because there are no signs! We arrived 2 hours late to London. Terrible that we were misinformed.

I enjoyed the extreme professionalism of the bus driver. I like that he started the trip by using the intercom system to remind folks of bus etiquette rules (ie wear your seatbelts, use headphones, etc). This was one of my best rides!

Bus arrived on time, but the seats are really crammed together and there are apparently reserved seats so we had to move to another location in the bus after we were already settled. There was no toilet paper in the washroom. Be careful when you book, because some buses take a slower route into other locations and it can add to the travel time.

No footrests, too cold AC on full blast entire 3 hours, passengers not being considerate using speaker phone on full blast for whole ride next to me, driver hid in the bus until 2 minutes before departure time making us leave late despite passengers being lined up for 20 minutes, driver made me crawl under the bus to retrieve my bag, but we arrived on time which was the only positive of this uncomfortable and dissatisfying travel experience.

Bus came on time. Seats were very comfortable, snacks were available. Hostess was super sweet, arrived to my destination a little over my scheduled time. But it was rush hour.. The only thing that I didnt like Was it was very hard to see out of the window from the tinted sticker.

Driver and attendant were very courteous. Bus was clean and drive was quick. We actually reached destination early. I got a good hot cup of tea and fresh cookies. Thanks

Attending university in london, I have been travelling back and forth between Toronto and London for around 4 years. I have not encountered a better company than Red Arrow. Their communication, punctuality, service, and comfort are unmatched while still having competitive prices. My favourite company to make the London-Toronto journey, I just wish they had more times available!

They cancelled the bus at 10:30 pm the night before. I had to scramble to make other arrangements.

Bus turned out to be a white van that smelled of cigarettes and literally gave me hives. Driver was swerving off the road on the highway multiple times, cars and trucks were honking at us the whole way. Thought we might die. I will NEVER book with them again.

Absolutely horrible. The bus never came and nobody answered my calls or called me.

The train was on time; service at the train station courteous and offered help with printing the ticket. The boarding itself was less pleasurable - the attendant at the door did not set a stool to reach a high step to the train and actively avoided a chance of being asked for help with the luggage. The ride itself was quite bumpy, with the train changing the speed abruptly.

Decent train, lucky that the cart was mostly empty. But we were 15 min late enroute and then 30 min standing waiting for the platform in Toronto. Got late for everything and such a waste.

Instructions and help was clear and available. The trip was 40 min late ( rail congestion). My seat tray was broken and the seats were not very comfortable.

I recently traveled with Velocity Bus and had a very good experience overall. The ride was smooth, felt safe even during late hours, and the staff were friendly and professional.

Had a very good trip from London ON to Toronto. The driver was very kind, called me to confirm the meeting place and time and even offered us water bottles.

Bus was late for pickup. Velocity tried calling but didn't connect. Would have appreciated a text
