The Service was good, very organized, arrived one hour late, but that can happen due to trafffic. People in the bus should be asked to set their smartphone to quiet mode and it should be mandatory to use earphones. Its very annoying that some people thing they can watch their videos on the phone very loud, and don't care that all the other people have to listen!

It's a very comfortable bus and the seats are great, comfy and spacious. The bus attandent was friendly, the ride calm. The Staff in Arequipa was unfriendly and rude.

I booked a window seat, but was given an aisle seat with no option to change. Movies played incessantly, with overly loud volume pumped through the entire cabin with no option to turn down or off. Seats were small and less comfortable than Econociva seats. Overall negative experience, but still worth the low price I paid (hence 2 stars rather than 1)

When buying the ticket it said I would arrive in Lima at 12 at night. I arrived at 3 in the night! We stopped somewhere for over 2 hours so the driver could do a nap. Next time it would be good to change drivers, so the people can get to the place in time.
