No ventilation In the bus until 2-3:00 AM. First time in these buses. On the top we need to reserve in front (1,2,3 or 4) or in front of the stairs (otherwise not enough spaces).
Seats were located on top of heat vents so we were extremely hot during the journey. People in seats around us had jumpers, coats and blankets but we were in shorts and t-shirts and still too hot so we couldn't sleep.
My chair was broke coudlt sit normally when I wanted. Cpuld manage that but the chair was falling apart. There was a smell of gas for the whole ride and i could barley breath. And it was so hot my water bottle boiled.
There wasn’t much leg space in this bus, which we’ve been used to in all other Cruz del sur busses. Also the Bus arrived to our destination 1,5 hours late...
We can’t complain about the staff !! Very helpful and good service.
This was the third journey in a suite bus over the last few weeks. On the first two journeys we received a hot meal and on the last overnight journey we also received a bun for breakfast. On this journey we were only given some crackers. I do not understand the inconsistency of this service.
The staff had no idea where i was supposed to go. I was there 2 hours early and the bus left without me because staff kept sending me to other terminal locations. I ran after the bus caught it and they refused to let me on. They took my luggage. The next bus left late and broke down and arrived late
Sat by the toilet which smelt, it’s was way too hot so I was sweating for most of the night. Bus felt like it was going to fall apart at some points. Food was terrible, chairs were super uncomfortable
Bus left at 20:30 instead of 21:10 I just made it by a minute.
On board we saw the safety video I guess more than 10 times because it wasn't shut off.
Then after an hour the k 't I let didn't work and everything smelled like urine.
It was a horrible ride... Never taking this company again
The street was horrible and I couldn't sleep well on the bus, but I guess that would have happened with other bus companies as well. Staff was very friendly!
