Bus was changed to two hours earlier than i booked

The driver was excellent, but the journey was overbooked and we had to wait for another bus to arrive. When we reached Geneva city, the driver was asked to take on the extra passengers even though there was no space and this caused a further delay. It was very impressive that the driver eventually arrived at the airport with a limited delay. I feel the organisation has much room for improvement in its logistics.

Easy booking. High quality coach, comfortable journey, friendly driver, on time, reliable, convenient as stops right outside GVA airport close to departures …easy to recommend. Would use again.

Our experience with Swiss Tours was very good. We used the bus to transfer from Chamonix to Geneva. The bus left on time and arrived on time in Geneva. The bus was very comfortable.

Coach was on time, driver polite and helpful. He drove very smoothly so we could enjoy the views and relax.

Flix bus is the most unreliable bus company. It changed the bus schedule, I miss my flight by 15mins and had to pay an additional 200£ to get another flight

The bus was late and then did a stop that was not planned. I intentionally booked the trip without the stop.

Bus driver didn't have his papers in order and so we were held up at the swiss border for 1h20 causing me to miss my flight

Awful. The trip was cancelled 30 min before the scheduled time with no reason. The staff at the bus station confirmed it was not even scheduled!! No other alternative was offered and I had to find a solution by myself. I will never book with such unreliable company.

I booked same day… 1:30 PM not could be in the web before 5:00 AM. When recived the brochure try to contact to cancel. Personal assistance English only speaks French. In the web proceed to cancel but with 20 euros, for having the schedule bad organized in the web. Three calls, plus time to arrange and cancel. 20 euros for nothing. Many thanks
