The trip was not what I had expected. I'd initially thought it would be so bad after I saw the reviews on the 9th of July but it was just fine. The bus came on time from our place of departure, Johannesburg and was delayed by at least 2 hours in arriving to our place of destination, Kimberley. The trip was just fine.Thank you.

On the positive site the bus arrived on time. on the negative site the company needs to fix the bus seats. mine was loose completely detached from my seat which is very dangerous for my safety and had to find another seat since it kept on falling and mine was not the only one. secondly there are no tickets issued when luggage is stored so anyone can collect any bag when leaving the bus which is risky

Bus 2 hrs late and no explanation. Very old model bus Very Very compact inside legs folded for the entire trip Very Very uncomfortable to sit onside. The bus inside was made for children not adults. Definitely I will never book this company again.

Very bad I will never book them again, the seat was uncomfortable I had to adjust the seat and put something on it to sit well. And the bus was full and I had to seat in the seat next to the engine drivers seats and oooh it was a very bad experience and it was my first time and the last.

Very disappointing late coming the worse part on our way back from picking us from ultra city the bus staked because they didn't put diesel imagine few minutes from the garage we were stuck there for hours no bathroom but when we googled it they said they have bathroom yhooo it was so disappointing I was with my brother it doesn't worth my R2400
