The trip was not what I had expected. I'd initially thought it would be so bad after I saw the reviews on the 9th of July but it was just fine. The bus came on time from our place of departure, Johannesburg and was delayed by at least 2 hours in arriving to our place of destination, Kimberley. The trip was just fine.Thank you.

On the positive site the bus arrived on time. on the negative site the company needs to fix the bus seats. mine was loose completely detached from my seat which is very dangerous for my safety and had to find another seat since it kept on falling and mine was not the only one. secondly there are no tickets issued when luggage is stored so anyone can collect any bag when leaving the bus which is risky

The only thing I commend would be the charging points on the bus but what was disappointing was that the bus was scheduled to depart at 13:00 and arrive 08:55 and it only arrived at 15:30

Very bad, the bus was very late, it arrived 8 hours after the departure time. The bus itself was not APM but a no standard bus that compromised my comfortability, it didn't even stop at supposed to stop stations, we had to shout to the driver whenever we want to releave ourselves and we used bushes as toilets. After all the ordeal and traumatic experience the bus driver told us that he is not going to Tourism Centre and dropped us at nowhere along the road. I have to take the urber ride and paid R250 for me to get home. Due to the very bad experience, I will never recommend APM bus to anyone ever...
