Bus from Mthatha to Johannesburg: Tickets & Timetables

Service was great,bus clean, toilet functioning and clean TV's were not working,it was on time

I was not happy at all with the seating arrangements, it is not comfortable at all then the bus had a problem we had to look for the mechanic and we were delayed by almost 6 hours. The bus was almost an hour late from the pickup

The bus took a longer route via East London. The route of the bus must be specified on the happy to make customers aware of the route of the bus they are choosing. The route just like the price must be clearly stated and not hidden in the hours of the trip

I didn’t enjoy their service, Firstly they are scammers they made the pay for the bag that was weighing less than 20 kg but the clause on the ticket state that the bag that is more than 22 kg required payment, they forcefully made me to pay and I will also lodge a complain in their offices. Secondly the drivers are rude they were not friendly, in my life I will never take APM and I wound recommend it to anyone

There was nothing to enjoy... Poor service and staff members are dumb ppl whom think they are smart

The bus was late and it was raining there is no office at ultra city , before we reached Johannesburg we were moved to another bus we shaped and as a result I lost all my cosmetics again on my way back to mtata I took the same bus departure time was 19:30 and the bus was 3hours late am still on the was pity I missed my interview which was at 10:00 am , if I knew I could have taken another bus, I will never ever book the apm again

Everything about this journey was bad from….the bus itself is not comfortable at all

The buss was not eagle liner it was a star buss, the seats were uncomfortable the chargers were not working it did not have arm rests worse experience ever I would never recommend it to anyone. Drivers were not driving properly they were tired.

Enjoyed nothing the whole experience was bad . Drivers kept stopping a lot of times for no reason with no explanation. We got to park station late at 9am drivers were speeding and using bad routes that even have gravel

Very disappointed u gave us bus knows Very well it's not safe for in kokstard it stuck instead of givig us a bus that is in good condition u gave another skoroko that doesnt have charging port bo air condition on top of that it doesnt hv speed i was very late the time for my arival was 4:30 yeet i got joburg station by 9 whats that even mean am not happy with your services

The bus was clean,drivers were very friendly in total I had e very nice and comfortable ride.

There was absolutely nothing to enjoy about the trip, what irritated me worse was your selfish employees, they made me pay R150 for extra luggage but along the way people had more luggages than mine but they didn't pay a penny, to a point the luggage compartment was full some passengers had to board with their luggages. I'm never using intercity again in the near future good luck with your old buses.

1, The way your driver's talk to passengers is unprofessional 2 Your busses doesn't carry their sparewills while driving longdistances 3 Your drivers they just keep quet they dont inform passengers what happened and what will happened the way forwad when the bus sturk on the road

I enjoyed nothing their buses are low quality, and they took forever to respond to an emergency break down. So not worth it.

Very Poor service, lack of time management. l was suppose to leave mthatha to Johannesburg at 2:50 l left at 19:30

The arrival time stated on the site wasn't the actual arrival time. It took forever to get to my destination.

The bus arrived late, along the road it got stuck for 6 hours. We were supposed to reach the destination around 05am but as I'm writing this it's 09h50 and we're still on the road and having at least 3 more hours to travel. The drivers are very unfriendly!!

The bus came late and arrived late I loved the fact that the make sure everyone is inside before they leave

The charging ports were not working only 20/100 that were working, there was cockroaches allover the bus.

It's 11:57 I am still on the road trying to get to Johannesburg, I left Mthatha on the 12 at 15:20 Bigtree is a big disappointment

Not happy with; 1. Bus not arriving on time 2. Bus stopping intermittently due to mechanical problems. 3. Speeding to make up for lost time.

It was very punctual on departing and arrived earlier. I'm very much appreciated 👏

Driving was excellent despite the rainy weather condition. The bus was on time on both departure and arrival. As raining as it was, we were kept warm throughout the trip😊
