Horrible horrible 1st the air-conditioning was not working the condition of the bus was poor the windows were cello taped the driver told us the bus has a heating problem from maritzbutg we were traveling at 60km from dbn to Jhb what was the cherry on top was the driver didnt know the direction to Jhb at some point he demanded us to GPS him we were to arrive at 6 but only got to Jhb at 10pm
The bus was on time and tickets were checked and a number of verifications were made to make sure that the person who appears on the ticket gets a seat. The bus was clean and comfortable. It was traveling at a right speed.
Very disappointing service
Your busses r not serviced because the same incident happend in Jan 3rd when my daughter used Eldos from Cape Town
Hygiene is not a priority to this company as your bus toilets are either not working, dirty n leaking
I didn't mind starting late although we were not told Y?
But dropping us passengers in the dark street of Joburg at 4:50a no place of safety of shelter thus uncool 🤔
I would like to compliments the bus driver, the way was communicating with the passengers using microphone to make announcements when the bus arrives at the rest stop or at the destination, I wish others can learn from him, even his driving was very good and maintaining times.
At MUGG AND BEAM we were leaving then the driver saw that someone was lost, he had to drive back look that someone and he found him then we continued with our trip.THAT WAS THE NICEST DRIVER👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼.
Vilamora should not be for long distance because they don't service it. The reason for it to be late was because the drivers had to start with fixing the battery. But the staff were very good to us.
YOur bus drivers compromised passengers safety by dropping them outside the station drop of zone, and they Had to stand for 2 hours to let in the bus station
I highly do not recommend it, i waited from 8:30am and they only sent communication around 9am but the bus didn’t arrive at all, a sprint came and left us outside park station on the road after 12am with no idea how i will get home
The charging ports where not working which made the trip unpleasant, to make things worse the bus got stuck just after Pietermaritzburg we waited for close to three hours waiting for the mechanic who never arrived
I ordered an intercape bus and got something else. That was just unpleasant to find when I had to board the busy. Next time give a person what they have requested for.
The bus didn’t come ended up on sprinter taxis supplied by them and the destination on the ticket was JHB but the sprinter driver said the bus is only going to Benoni and the lift to drop me off at JHB was only gonna come at 19:30 . Ended up using my money for Bolt trip to Johannesburg.
The bus driver didn't know the way he was driving in dangerous places and later asked us change buses at the depot without explanation the issues l had to borrow more money because of Uber rates it was my first time using a bus and l swore l will never ever use intercity again. Thanks
On behalf of all Citiliner Plus passengers we are kindly requesting a detailed notification as to how long will the bus be late because south beach Durban is not safe..
This was The worst bus experience of my life the bus was extremely late the staff was rude. They didn’t communicate with us properly ended up using another bus and slept on the road from 02:00 till 06:30 in a stationary bus.
