I regret having chosen this bus for my trip, it was late and the bus did not even have charging slots inside and the driver was unapologetic about it instead he told us that we would stop only for 15 mins to catch up with the schedule and on top of that he told us about the bus having a problem with permits and that he would leave us outside park station where we would then have to wait for another bus going to our final destination
The bus was supposed to be in Johannesburg Park station at 5am but it got there at 3:20. We had to wait up until 5am for the gates to be open at Park Station. It was very cold and I was with my 14 year old daughter on that, not impressed at all. As I couldn't leave and exposed ourselves thugs outside.
This bus had so much drama hey
Firstly, we left the station an hour late
Secondly, we stopped in the middle of nowhere at night, they told us the bus is faulty and we had to wait for another bus for exchange
Thirdly, we got a puncher, had to stop again to replace the wheel🤦🏽♂️
Yo... I can't
It was a horrible experience that was not customer centered
They canceled my bus because they were undercooked then they overbooked the replacement bus and put us on a dilapidated bus that was unsafe.
Their communication regarding the cancelation was beyond shocking not taking into account customer's commitments as to why they wanted to travel in the day vs the night.
A real disappointment
Disgusted at the fct the bus dropped passengers on the street and not at bus depo wasnt safe and private arrangements with extra cost had to be incurred we paid for a safe trip not to be dumped on the street because the driver didnt have a permit not our problem.
