we are very disappointed me and my family we booked for intercity express, but they put us on an eagle liner with no charging port, air conditioner, and toilets, full of cockroaches, no apologies or whatsoever, therefore I am not happy with your service.

What I enjoyed is the new rules implemented or put in place that we need to respect each other in the bus and also use earphones so we don't disturb others and also let's greet one another
What I didn't enjoy is the bus routes it stop in 5 places , Heidelberg, Harrismith, Ladysmith, Escourt, Pietermaritzburg before getting to Durban and that is time delaying

Bus left us in park station had to catch it in Vereeniging at an additional cost. Only for it to die right after PMB, stayed on the side of the road for good 2 hours

Firstly the bus doesn't have toilet as u advertised. The driver doesn't know the road, passengers were directing him, for example we got lost in Jhb. Again his e toll was not working we have to wait every tall gate to do a manual payment. Lastly bags are not tagged which mean anyone can take ur laggage. But the driver was accommodating us he stopped after every filling station to accommodate toilet issues. The carding slot were not working. Pls fix the problems.
