Eldo is pathetic. We got stuck and the mechanic took over 2/3 hours to fix and he didn't even do a good job. Other buses came and fetched few people and most of us were left behind. I had to ask someone to fetch me from Harrismith to go to Durban. Pathetic
Never again will I book Eldo Coaches. The bus was late. It broke down I don't know how many times. Poor driver had to come out trying to fix it at night in the middle of nowhere. Which was not only putting us as client in danger but the staff as well. Eldo should service their busses or leave the business to the professional
The seats were extremely uncomfortable. The driver kept stopping for no apparent reason when we were already behind schedule. When the bus stopped no one would inform the passengers of what's going on.
It would be much better if we knew when booking online which coach-line it will be. I was expecting for a luxury line to pull through instead it was the "budgetliner". Of which I will never use again, I was not impressed at all!
