The bus was late, got stopped by the police who deemed it unfit for the road however the driver continued (illegal, immoral and unbelievable - but true). A few hours later the bus tire exploded, smoke flooded the bus and unfortunately no one was allowed out. The driver continued the ride regardless, later the bus stopped in the middle of the road and most passengers had to find other means to get to Durban. No one was safe.
Horrible, experience iTook Eldo bus for their Better price, even though about 3 people told me not to take Eldo bus case it Dies on the road , indeed my bus Died also the return Eldo bus Died onthe road people had to hike trucks and request Ubers in groups only few people arrived in Durban after 2 to3 hours of Sitting Inthe middle of nowhere at night

Bus was iced cold like a freezer the driver told us is it uncontrollable, eldo coaches was really a bad idea when we get into the bus there were no que people were pushing each other due to the bus that came late ,21h00and22h00 were mixed together causing chaos
The intercity is compromising us as clients always complain but don’t correct mistakes, we risking our life by booking this bus , The office is failing this company -and don’t want to listen to us as client , I book
I am very disappointed with the service I received from Citiliner. The bus that I booked was meant to leave at 09:30. I arrived at park station at 08:30 and waited for the bus that didn’t come at all. I received a message from Citiliner around 10:30 saying that they’re experiencing delays but customers should wait at the station. The bus didn’t show up as promised. After about 5 hours of waiting Eldo Coaches came to the rescue. The Citiliner bus didn’t come and there was no explanation for this. This was totally unacceptable and as a paying customer this is not the service I expected. No customer deserves what I went through. I’m never booking Citiliner ever again.
The bus was 3hours late, we had to wait for it from 08:00 to 11:15. We were supposed to arrive in Durban at 19:15 but we are still on the way in Petermaritzburg, more than 4hours past our arrival time. Plug ports are not working on the bus, people’s batterys are dying and they are unable to contact anyone.
This is very unacceptable.
Intercape Parkstation staff and their service is absolutely appalling! We got to the station at 19:20 the bus was due to leave at 20:00. They didnt even bother to notify us as passengers that the bus was leaving. We were left stranded at the station and they didn't even try to help. Merely told us buy another ticket as if money grows on trees. I will never ever use that bus service again. Never!
I am still going to write one on Hello Peter.
1. I received a text that our bus had be changed to a white bus, we get there and the bus was late.
2. Upon its arrival, it’s not the bus I was notified about, but an Eagle Liner bus that looked like it was going to breakdown.
3. We then jumped in the bus, and we were dropped off at some dodgy place on the road to take another bus that was still not the one I was notified of via sms.
4. We drove then we got to a mall where another bus was waiting for us, at least that one looked a bit decent than the 1st two
5. As if that wasn’t enough, all the buses didn’t have charging ports, my battery died on my way to Durban and when I arrived, I had a problem finding Uber.
6. Last straw, the bus arrived 1 hour 22 minutes later in Durban.
7. I am NEVER riding with Inter City ever again.
we were made to walk outside parkstation carrying our luggage to the vilamora station. no shuttle service provided. the bus was late. the bus had no brakes. the bus is not road worthy. the bus broke down twice. we waited for 3 hours at Montrose for another bus. the bus has no aircon , no charging points, no entertainment or music and after everything we went through not a single apology from the bus driver.
