We traveled from Port Elizabeth at 1:00 PM on an extremely hot bus. Despite several stops for passenger pickups over a period of approximately six hours, we were not allowed to get out for fresh air. We were only given a 15-minute break later that night in Queenstown. We arrived 2hr late in Johannesburg. Bus was for 1:00pm - 7:54am
Many users appreciated the punctuality, cleanliness, and comfort of the buses. They also highlighted professional and friendly drivers who ensured a pleasant journey. However, some reviews mentioned issues such as non-functional charging ports or air conditioning, lack of toilets leading to frequent stops, limited legroom causing discomfort on long trips, and occasional delays in departure times.

Firstly, the bus was supposed to be Eagle Liner only to realise that we’re going with an uncomfortable bus that Eagle Liner hired. And upon our arrival, the hired bus didn’t drop inside Park Station cause the driver said they would be fined R2000 if they did cause that bus is not for Eagle Liner and is not registered. 😭😭
