People going to I dutywa and Butterworth were not informed that the bus will not stop to offload! They had to go to Mthatha and that caused a commotion and one guy tried to fight with driver while the bus in motion. Our lives were in danger bcz of miscommunication.
Very dissatisfied it was suppose to depart at 6h15 but it departed at 20h18 will never again, sad part is its operated by Eldo Coaches which i have a bad experience with so never again
I didn’t go because I am pregnant even on the requirements there was nothing stated about pregnancy and I had no proof with me. On your requirements documents please state that if someone is pregnant she must bring proof clinic card or a letter from the doctor stating the months. I was very hurt and annoyed when I was told that I can’t go.
I will never book any trip with them. The bus is we were riding on has expired permit and it was arrested for that. We had to go to wait for 2 hours for the other bus in the middle of the road at night. We were very disappointed and no one cared enough to update us what was happening until we had to go out and ask them.
Intercape does not value people who are traveling from Cape Town to Mthatha. They always give us old busses. Also the drivers (2 old colured guys) were very rude towards us
It was a bit late ... supposedly should pull at 6h20 but it was 6h29 time of its arrival and picking. Getting to Mtata was ridiculous... we were to reach Mtata by 9h55 but it was 11h20.
