Purchased two tickets for Banff to Vancouver assuming we’d be seated together. But unbeknownst to us, the bus had already come from a previous destination and was almost already full of people. Had to sit at the back of the old, unpleasant smelling and uncomfortable bus in seperate aisle seats. The trip was about 9 hours overnight and we expected to get some sleep.. however the bus was not direct, as we expected and made stops all throughout the night at different drop off points! I honestly think it was about 5 stops all up. Will be catching a flight next time!

Super basic - no outlets, tvs or comfy chairs. However could not have been more on time!

Please charges in the sits and air conditioner and wifi thanks

Drivers and staff at the station were great. Phone customer service - again staff lovely but I was given the number of Vancouver bus station to ring, which brought me to the call centre again. The call centre would not transfer me and could only give me the number again - which I had called them on! This is not the fault of the staff, but whoever is in charge of Greyhound.

Great way to travel the vast distances of this beautiful country. Drivers very professional.

Staff and drive were very nice, but the bus was really old and loud, some of the buttons didn’t work to recline the seats

Injoo C.2 July 2018 | Timeliness: 2 | Staff: 4 |

Delayed schedule about 1and 1/2hours.

The timing es good. The communication with the drivers clear and precise. I know they have a serious job but a smile could be useful when greeting passengers.

Very good the first driver from banff was exelent and very helpful and friendly but when the next driver took over he was an exelent driver but had a bad attitude upset a little old lady to the point that a young woman told him to change his attitude all he wanted to do was drive the bus he may have had some problem earlier in the day I feel he should have been professional and not taken it out by being miserable to the passengers

Excellent value, roomy, comfortable and clean.

Greyhound is a very pleasant service and definitely one of the easiest and cheapest. On one of my trips there were a bit of confusion and lack of management but other than that everything has been very nice.

Very economical way to travel. May not be the fastest

Thank you to the staff who helped me get my phone back as it fell in the gap in the window. I very much appreciate the wonderful service I received from all the Greyhound staff involved :) The journey was overall very good and timely. The power points are great. The WiFi could be better, very intermittent, however this was not a big deal for me as I has downloaded movies in preparation. Would recommend for those who are trying to save money and don't mind the long trip!

Extenuating circumstances meant I could no longer catch the bus I had reserved. All greyhound stations were shut and I was unable to get through via phone call in my attempt to exchange my ticket (these were the only options I was given) I lost my $95 due to the unreasonable options for exchanging tickets

Left exactly on time. No issues arose. Power points in the seats and no issues with AC. Good ride

I bought a ticket trying to go from Vancouver, BC to Banff Alberta and it was the most complex experience of my life. After feeling completely overwhelmed I thought I had everything correct and bought the ticket. To my surprise it was from Banff to Vancouver, which is not what I wanted. I called Greyhound and they were rude and told me there was nothing they could do. I also went to the local Greyhoud and they confirmed that they could do "absolutely nothing." I think this company needs to make changes to their policy if they want to keep customers. Worst experience!

The guy picking up people at midnight needs a tutorial on how to have a human conversation. No need for that attitude when you’ve met customers for a span of three seconds.

Arrived 3 1/2 hours late to vancouver and missed our next connecting bus that was at 11:30 which cost 50 dollars out of my pocket.

Overall a comfortable trip with great staff/drivers. There was a delay which couldn't be stopped due to weather, other than that a great trip

What should have been a 13 hour drive ended up being over 15 hours. For starters, the bus was half an hour late and the driver did 70 to 80km/pH the whole way. We were getting passed but other buses... A long trip, yes, but way longer than it needed to be. The WiFi is terrible too.

Joanna P.4 January 2018 | Timeliness: 1 | Staff: 3 |

We had to change our bus 3 times. The original was fine WiFi everything. Then we had to change buses because the changeover driver called in sick so greyhound had to get a local bus company to drive a bus that smelled of exhaust. Got stuck in traffic after Revelstoke with the accident then was on this old bus till Kamloops where we changed back to a greyhound bus. The entire journey ended up being 3 additional hours to the 12.5 hrs it was going to be. Very disappointed.

We had to wait in banff for two hours at a station that was locked!!! We were stuck outside in winter for 2 hours. That is completely unaceptable. This bus is about 7 hours delayed at this point. I am very very uncomforable. I realize that weather can affect plans drastically but nevertheless this has been a complete waste of a day.

Bus ran 4 hours behind schedule causing me to lose $100 in a hotel booking for the evening

Bus service was excellent but there is no chance of getting any sleep due to the stops.
