My first time with eBus. It was pretty smooth and comfortable. There's just one lady passenger in front of me who was loudly taking on the phone the entire trip! The driver made an announcement about the phone noise but the lady did not hear it as she was talking on the phone. Maybe next time, it would be better to get the attention of the person.
I think the Canada Bus has great value. They have on board WiFi, USB ports and Electric outlets. They also give out complimentary H2O. The driver was friendly.
It’s not bad, wifi sucks, the seat is not great for long ride however it’s cheap and the ride is quicker than other companies. Drivers are humorous, they add point into the experience.
everything was good, would ask that improved signage at the Edmonton LRT pick up really need's to be upgraded. Had to go inside and ask where it's located. Anyone running late or never having used your service will have a hard time finding.
First time booked your service and i regret it. The bus was late for more than 1 hr, the bus broke down inbetween the trip and passenger were waiting for more than 2 hr for a replacement, then obviously it arrived late. I had to call the customer support to get the update , so much disappointed 😑
Driver Brian was fantastic. Keep him 100%, pleasant, clear, lovely. The bus was a bit more run down than I expected; no shelves above for handbags and the charging outlets didn't all work. However the wifi was working and we got to our destination safely.
Bus got into a traffic standstill, but instead of accommodating passengers, they canceled the service altogether and had us offload onto the side of the highway and pay our own way back to the city.
Driver didn’t accept my vaccination card and he didn’t let me in. QR code is not the only way to check the vaccination. Driver was missing the point. He just wanted to scan. Scanning is one of the way to check vaccination. He was not flexible at all. That was very bad experience.
After that, I asked Alberta Health to get QR code(I explained all situations) then they said I can provide my vaccinations card as a proof.
Of course. I am new in Canada means I am vaccinated.
Please let the driver know that scanning is not the purpose.
Great experience I like it but I was usable to outside view as door is so dirty that I am unable to see out side and also One thing I don’t like is that they charge 15 dollar for my backpack.
One of the staff who worked in the call centre for rider express was super helpful and very friendly her name was Shirin. Otherwise my experience with rider express was horrible and I don’t think I will be travelling with them again. I was especially disappointed because it used to be my favourite bus travelling from Edmonton to Calgary
Unbelievable, buddy turns the bus around halfway past red deer to calgary to pick up a moron whom was late in red deer, unacceptable, never flying with canada bus again.
Pickup from the Southside location was at 2pm. We got an email the day before saying arrive 30-45min prior to departure, however the bus did not show up until 2:30pm. No one was answering the phones either and no updates on email or the app. Created a lot of panic and anxiety. 5 of us traveling, including 2 seniors and 2 kids. The bus came almost full and driver was not the friendliest. Even though I requested for him to allow 2 seniors to sit upfront where there were empty seats to allow more leg room, he didn't allow it. He got 2 passengers from the back to move upfront and told us to get back! Quite disappointing 😞
It was late to pick us up my ride had to wait for us think she left a person in red deer she tried calling him but left anyways no hand sanitizer or sign letting ppl know its in use
