Well I enjoyed the got me to where I needed. Though it was 39 minutes late and I missed part of my grandmas funeral. There was no bathroom and the gas station they dropped me off at, their bathroom was ‘ out of order ‘ so 4 hours with no bathroom was terrible. Awful wifi, no charging stations. Would never use this service ever again.
internet was spotty, seats were squishy, drive was bumpy, but driver was friendly and determined to get us to our destination as quickly and safely as we could.
The bus trip itself was great. Driver was excellent. BUT my ticket said 605 5 av SW Calgary. We actually arrived at 606 5 a SW. No office there, and my waiting sister nearly got a parking ticket for leaving her car at the 605 address to come and look for me as did several other people in Calgary rush hour 5 o'clock traffic!
I enjoyed the whole experience thru and thru. The only part i wish i could have changed is picking the seat but besides that, 5 stars. I also enjoyed how the bus driver explained everything so thoroughly and even offered water bottles if we so wished because it was so hot in the bus
Had to put our own luggage under the bus, left almost 20 min late, the bus driver was angry, the ticket I bought was for 1 stop, ended up having 5. Every time I asked something out the stops he never answered me. We had to remove our own bags. Bus trip disaster!
The bus itself was alright but I saw that in several of the seats the plugs didn’t work, so people couldn’t charge their phones or work on their computers. Very difficult for a 4 hour bus ride.
The trip down to Calgary was wonderful I had no complaints. The only suggestion I had was a clear point where we had to meet, a lot of us were unsure if we were in the correct location for the bus.
The bus driver was excellent. Very polite. Kept us informed. He had a positive attitude and energy. He was cleat and comprehensible. Made it comfortable to travel.
Booking was easy and the pickup and drop off zones were acceptable.
I preferred to sit in the front seat by the driver because of my bad legs. The bus is always clean, comfortable and the driver is so helpful and a very nice gentleman. I take the bus a lot.
My first time to travel on this bus, and it was great! The driver was very pleasant, helpful and kept us passengers updated. The whole trip was smooth and comfortable. Two thumbs up!!👍👍
I wish my seat would recline back; I wish there was a place to wash hands after using the bathroom; and a place to hang a bag (the hooks have been broken on the seat).
Good driver, however your buses could be kept cleaner. There was coffee all over the front seat ledge to place tablet & coffee on. The floors , hand railings not wiped down. I
Adrian the driver was incredible. Right off the start genuinely welcomed guests, acknowledging returning guests, providing knowledge commentary at every stop. The print on the loading sign was very small.
1st time for me. So impressed. Clean very clean. Driver was super friendly and gave consise instructions and great driving. Got to our destination on time!
