Its was very bad. We went to the terminal since we received a 24hr notification saying our bus was on time but when we arrived at the station we were informed that the bus was cancelled and we were left stranded. They should advised us im advance since they knew there was a strike.

I enjoyed the luxurious seats, general punctuality, and professionalism of the staff. Not enjoyed: I honestly can't think of anything for now, although I'll keep looking.

Seats were cramped, and when passengers in front reclined their seat it was borderline painful. Also there were delays turning a 13hour bus journey into a 26+hour journey. These were known before leaving and not communicated to us.

Late departure but very comfortable seat . Make huge difference . Did not have the same seat than the one I booked.

Very comfortable 180 degree seat! Lousy breakfast though, cannot be that hard arranging something a bit better. And no toilet paper, which is really bad.

I arrived in Arequipa 5 hours later than planned, no communication from the driver about the delay

Late departure. We arrived 3 hours later than expected. During the journey there was an accident with another car and it made me worrying about my safety and driver’s ability to do his job safely. No blankets were given. No info about wifi. Generally not happy with their service

I chose CIVA bus company this time due to the departure time. The bus was dirty, there was no room to move. It was full, no air conditioning and most of the windows didn't open. It was a really bad journey. I won't travel with this company again

The bus line itself was good, bus was clean and comfortable, left on time, staff was good. However, what was supposed to be at max a 12 hour ride, turned into 22 hours because of construction delays and an accident. We sat stopped in the middle of nowhere for hours and hours. It was a night bus so we didn’t bring food for an entire day and it was horrible. Don’t make my mistake, always bring a snack.

Everything was late, didn’t get seats we selected, bud wasn’t clean, stopped on road for an hour and a half
