Awesome luxury ride
I was apprehensive because it is new to me. But it exceeded all my expectations. Will definitely travel again
There was uncertainty on how late the bus would be which was a bit unnerving because I had to be somewhere in Houston at a specific time.
The bus had to travel back to the terminal after 30 mins on our way to Dallas because of engine heating problem
The bus seats are a little uncomfortable be prepared. I took a trip to Houston at 4:00am. Everyone slept on the way to their destination. It was quiet and perfect ride.
There was a mess last night as 4- 5 buses were delayed. My bus came 1.5 hours late both to Dallas and Houston terminals. Bad things happen sometimes but the worst one was that nobody knew the exact reason of delay and when buses will arrive at last. So people had to stand in lines for hours in full uncertainity.
Great service. Modern bus. Safe enjoyable ride.
Very clean and new bus!
Best bus very clean vrry comfortable awesome service
Lol, people are skeptical to ride with this new company! I was too. But guess what? It’s crazily cheap and sounds like a scam😂, but buses are awwwsome! Better than others companies! I will be traveling everytime with Ourbus before they ever raise prices😎 then too crowded
The bus was very nice and clean and the driver was nice.
The bus community was bad, dirty
I was really impressed with the professsionalism of the driver and I will definitely use this service again
The bus don’t have air conditioning and the driver stop in other bus station but he don’t leave anybody go out and breathe. He was so rude.
Bus driver was awesome!
The bus was very old the seats definitely not made for human use !! And most of them are broken and not safe and stable
Nice clean bus! Great driver!
Could be cleaner ❤️
All the staff I encountered from the desk to the bus they are all kind and helpful.
The driver basically threatened all customers saying about of the year were talking to loud or playing music too loud they would get kicked off straight away. I understand about not distracting the driver bit still, no need to patronise adults
The bus was 2 hours late, Everything was HORRIBLE!
All the Greyhound staff was very accommodating informative and genuine
It was really good experience
