I didn’t enjoy nothing about my trip. It was delays on every bus I took. Customer service so unprofessional in Chicago. They was rude as ever in Memphis. Supposed to got on bus at 10:30pm we didn’t get on the bus till 7:55am the next day. Then we get to Memphis. It was another delayed they don’t even announce where the busses going. I will never ride greyhound again. If u going on a trip take a flight
