Overally great ride, the driver was super friendly. It was not on time in Lagos, but that was caused by making additional stops so people will be closer to their destinations so it was fine
Very happy with the cost of the bus fare, but the driver went into corners VERY quickly and had to continually drive over the speed limit to meet the tight schedule. Felt very motion sick by the end of the journey. Also, having to pay 1 euro to use the toilet on board is weird.
Amazing experience! Bus was clean and on time! The wifi was working and quite fast, which was a huge bonus! The bus was comfortable and the trip from Lisbon to Lagos was perfect!
Excellent bus trip to Lagos! Our driver was right on time and we enjoyed the ride. Wi-Fi service was fantastic. I highly recommend this bus line for your next trip
Driver was very good driver But could have announced how to get on Wi-Fi and more importantly that passengers will need an Euro to access the toilet. Unfortunately the streets in the lower end of the Algarve have speed bumps and lots of round abouts that made me sick. Who picked out the route??Stick to the main highways for efficiency
Todos os assentos foram atribuídos juntos na parte de trás do autocarro. Seria uma boa ideia escalonar os assentos mais afastados quando isso e possível e o veiculo não esta cheio.
We liked the service, comfortable and very efficient and helpful. Just wondering why there is an option of using the express service using A22. We don’t mind paying more if we can avoid winding one lane road in the Algarve.
We are english speeking travellers. We were abused by the driver that we did not speek english, when we had a question to him. The bus, no 96 was suddenly cancelled. There were to buses left, 96A and 96B.
Bus trip was accurate time wise. Comfy chairs & toilet available if needed. Was pleasantly surprised to have wifi accessible on the ride. Staff were a bit short but still informative enough.
The service manager of this bus did not tell us that we need to change our bus in Albufeira to come to Lagos. And instead of Lagos we came Faro at 5.30 morning.
I was sitting right behind the driver. I wasn’t able to extend my legs. I have osteoarthritis and not be able to move for 4 hrs was excruciating. I didn’t realize it was assigned seats.
