What was most concerning was that the driver was actively watching his phone while driving. As passengers, we did not feel safe at all during this journey.

The bus was 30 minutes late, we had to ask lot of drivers where is our bus and when it s coming.. nobody knew.. Also in the car the AC is at 18 degrees ( i think) all the way, 3.5-4 hours... everybody was looking for clothes to put on.
