Service was run by another company - only a small sign on the front window showed that the Bus Company drove that the bus took also passengers with tix for rede expressos. We had to ask if this was the the correct connection
I was quite surprised when the driver spoke to someone on his phone practically THROUGHOUT the journey from Lisbon to Fatima. That's OVER an hour. Is this something that's allowed in Portugal?
The bus driver on Lisbon Fatima trip was a very aggressive driver. Not at all helpful when we had difficulty getting the e tickets to show him. Took a long bend motorway at speed . Passed out another bus going up a hill. I just didn't like his driving close to vehicles with a full load on board. All other staff nice just this guy should do a Anger management course and told to slow down.
The bus driver was incredibly rude to the passengers, especially the elderly. I hate to get involved in these types of things but I feel like something needs to be said. I have never experienced a staff member being that way to their customers. I understand everyone has their days and may seem rude but this guy was 100% terrible to his passengers. He not only showed rudeness from his passengers but rudeness to other drivers on the road. At some points I felt very unsafe when he was driving making sudden stops and cutting off people especially entering on a highway. Also many people needed help putting their luggage in the bus however he was just too busy yelling people to get on the bus. I understand we weren't paying for a luxury type of drive but driving like a madman and being that disrespectful to their passengers is just dangerous and not humanly right. I hope he gets a better attitude and things will be fixed.
The ride was comfortable and nice. But, we the passengers who were using the city express for the first time were left in suspense or anxiety when the designated time for departure reached but no bus was there and no one bothered to alert us that the bus was coming from somewhere and would be late
