Terrible información about the lane the bus is to be parked for pickup. Many if not passengers asked the drivers standing around if their bus was in the correct lane. We bought tickets online. Nowhere does it say what lane will the bus be at. We missed our bus for that reason. The ticket lady was very rude.
We would certainly recommend this mode of transport. Bus was very clean & Covid rules adhered to. The driver was very friendly & helpful. Our age group is 43 & 47
Everything was great except for the bus driver. Very rude and unhappy man. His manner to all passengers was unbelievable. He shouldn’t have his job Unpleasant man!
