Megabus London Coventry recent customer reviews
Was not impressed with being dropped at the side of road in Birmingham and after 25 minute wait was told there would be a further 25 mins(at least) while the driver of the bus completes his compulsory waiting period before continuing. Completed the remainder by train as station is just around corner.
To be fair the was Megabus and not National Express - so nearly all throughout my journey to Coventry someone was playing music from headphones and all the top row could hear, which disturb people sleeping as the trip was from 11pm to 02.30am. No one told that person to turn it down or off, however if the was National Express there is a code of conduct message that is play or spoken from the driver, as to not to play music high enough to disturb anyone else. So this made the journey unsatisfactory, also, it would be good to tell anyone using the toilet to flush it after use, this is on the door in the toilet, however having an audible message would make it more clear in passengers minds.
Friendly bus officials
According to the reviews, customers have expressed both positive and negative opinions about the service provided by National Express. Positive feedback includes helpful staff at the gate, comfortable journeys with punctual departure and arrival times, and good drivers who handle delays well. However, there are also complaints about delays at certain stations and suggestions for improvements such as allowing passengers who miss their bus to pay a small fine for rebooking. Overall, National Express is recommended but some issues need attention.

It was my first time boarding the bus from London and as a result I was going round trying to locate my bus when a staff was came to my location asking if their was any passenger to Coventry yet to board and I was lucky to have heard him and quickly hop into the bus. With this little gesture from the staff, was so impressed and thankful.
Bus journey went without any drama. Bus departure and arrival times were maintained
The organisation is very ok. Boarding time should make allowance for passa8such that the bus can leave the station at scheduled time and possibly arrive at the destination on time.
