I was so disappointed because my bus was scheduled for 1005 but got there around 1100. I missed my 1030 appointment which was later rescheduled for 1230 to 1300. I then missed my 1300 coach back to Birmingham. Had to buy another coach ticket and the coach was scheduled for 1530 but was delayed and only left Victoria 1620 and got to Birmingham 2030. National Express made me pay for delaying me and they further delayed me again. Its good if we miss our bus we pay but if they inconvenience us we pay again. Is this fair at all?
I am very disappointed that the doors were closed o I couldn't get to coach even though there was still 2 minutes before departure. I had been travelling for 1hr 15 mins to get to the station but the trains had slight delays. I ran from Victoria station to the coach station. I was have work early in the morning and won't reach Birmingham till 12.15 am then I have to travel 20 mins to get home. Plus I had to pay to have the ticket changed even though I WAS NOT LATE.
The bus driver didn't let me off at Marble Arch. He shut the doors as I walked from the back of the bus and then told me I'll just have to get off at the next stop. This caused me a huge inconvenience as I was in a hurry. Drivers need to do better.
Driver was extremely unprofessional— was not leaving Birmingham and after being asked several times to leave he refused. He said that we’d only be a few minutes late and that it doesn’t matter. He then proceeded to fiddle with the A/C multiple times and stop at a random point on a street so someone could buy him a sandwich. Finally, he told everyone to get up on the bus before it had arrived in final and was driving the bus around with people standing in the aisles.
Very comfortable journey. Warm coach and driver Steve very pleasant. Had time for each passengers questions. Not rushed...just patient. Overall experience very pleasant .
I got off my bus only to see that my bag was gone. Its too easy for others to steal. And I'm getting the impression I won't be compensated for it. I'm furious.
Coach was extremely late departing Birmingham in turn just under one hour late arriving at London Victoria Coach Station causing me to then miss a prebooked train journey onto Brighton at additional cost as prebooked rail ticket was no longer valid
It was an excellent service if i can find the cheeap tickets again i will look forward to travelling with them again in the near future thank you so much
