Absolutely disgusting today. Aware of rail strikes but common is London. If is no any transportation apart from bus what they were thinking …?! We waited more then an hour for our bus even tho we booked it for 8pm we ended up on the bus around 9:10pm…. Was freezing . Staff weren’t helpful
I booked a bus for 8pm and could not get on it due to queue so I waited 2 hours and had to get an £100 Uber
Would be nice of there were USB ports for charging mobiles in the bus. After a long flight and overall use of the devices on the flight there is not much left for the bus journey.
