Our bus out of Manchester was 2 hours late, which made us miss our bus to our destination of NYC. Greyhound could not secure us a bus. Had to purchase new tickets from Peter Pan. Very disappointed

The greyhound bus company changed the time from Boston to new York in 3 hours later. On the way back they gave us tickets with the wrong date. We had to wait for other tickets with other different time. They are simply irresponsible in time and punctuality.

The WiFi services could be better. On the greyhound website it states to log into Pinterest and add your trip recommendations. Not able to log into FB or Pinterest at any point during my travel unless I took it off WIFI.
