Flixbus cancelled my trip 5mins before scheduled departure time by text message. The bus never came thru.
Comfortable seats and charging available near feet. I only noticed it because person across the aisle found it. Passengers tend to sit wherever, but then there are a few passengers who want to sit in their assigned seats. Good drivers. The bus on return trip back home was 16 minutes late, but I received an email letting me know that it was late.

Very poor experience, poor customer service with little communication of any relevance. Only that bus was delayed but no sense of how long. Yet we waited since 7.45am for 8.45?departure and still waiting til 10.40 with no details. One staff member was smart enough to fill 10am spot of customers who were no shows. Hes the only staff member who took initiative. Info desk and office act like robots and unhelpful and not solution focussed.

Employees could hardly speak any english which made communication quite hard. Bus wasn‘t sanitized and smelled badly. Driving was good and bus was on time at departure and arrival.

The bus was over an hour late. The company didn’t know the reason why nor were other bus drivers any help. Only 1 driver finally called and said the bus was still sitting in New York. The bus driver was very rude to other passengers trying to ask her questions as well.
Old creaky bus, no announcements, driver barely spoke English. A weird pull-over into an NJ turnpike service area for no apparent reason; Didn't stop, just crept thru the truck area and back onto the TP without a word. And no info about the Philadelphia Mills stop on web communications.
