It was a good trip down left on time but got to our destination a little late but that understandable given it was Father’s Day weekend so there was a lot of traffic,but overall it was good

I didn't like the bus pulled off late and I missed my bus to get home other than that I love the bus it was comfortable and clean too

The bus was fast, comfortable, and spacious. The bathroom had a detached toilet seat and no hand sanitizer and was challenging to use. Determining which bus was the correct one was VERY challenging at Moynihan Train Hall.

The delay of 1 hour and a half, the diver was really unprofessional and fight wit the costumers

Only main complaint is that the bus arrived in Philadelphia over 30 minutes later than the time stated on my ticket - a major inconvenience for my travel plans.

Very poor experience, poor customer service with little communication of any relevance. Only that bus was delayed but no sense of how long. Yet we waited since 7.45am for 8.45?departure and still waiting til 10.40 with no details. One staff member was smart enough to fill 10am spot of customers who were no shows. Hes the only staff member who took initiative. Info desk and office act like robots and unhelpful and not solution focussed.

Changed departure address 2 hours before departure, Delayed for 2 hours , bus driver very rude

The bus was over half an hour late, we were not communicated to about this, and the pick up location was over half a block away from the actual address

There were cockroaches on the seats in the back of the bus. I could not sit on those seats and i thus spend the wole ride standing.

Employees could hardly speak any english which made communication quite hard. Bus wasn‘t sanitized and smelled badly. Driving was good and bus was on time at departure and arrival.

Enjoyed, relatively cheap fare but! Enormous effort to get to departure location. There is 'no leadership' at the 'departure site'?

It was to cold and he made me go under the bus to look for my suitcase. It was very unprofessional
