Greyhound New York Melbourne recent customer reviews
The service was mediocre, most of the drivers were female and had a bad attitude. No adult wants to be treated like a child. The one male driver that we got in Orlando was God sent. The check in at Port Authority, was redundant. First we check our luggage and had to take it to the bus to wait on line ; there were a lot of seniors like myself that struggled with the process. I think Greyhound should return the cost to the consumer when they know there is going to be a problem with the scheduled trip. Too many stop going to Florida. We need express service rather than cleaning the bus several throughout the trip. Have additional buses gassed up and clean and make the transition.
