I sent an email in the midst of the chaos. But the bus did not come to terminal A-15 or B-15 by 7:15, or at all in either terminal, it showed up all the way down A. But it was my first time riding, and an was very far from A, literally the other side of the airport. I arrived early, and was on a wild goose chase trying to find where I needed to be, to be picked up. I called from the airport 3 times, no employees at the airport had any liable information about red coach. The bus was late, and they didn’t have my name in the system once I did get on the bus, I was questioned like I had not paid already, and had a literal online ticket in my hand.
Honestly, every part was dissatisfactory, the ride was smooth, but we still arrived about 20-25 minutes late.
I think there needs to be a lot more knowledge given to the rider, a set location spot, a set window of time, like a buffer of arrival and departure, and a better logging system. Sorry if there are typos, I’m very busy at work, but really needed to get this out.
service was good, but the Orlando busterminal should be listed first on your web page rather than the mobile gas station. I needed to know what bus station I should go to in order to go to Tampa from the Kissimmee,FL area.
Driver was great. The bus itself was very dirty, and could use some TLC. I didn't expect it to be spotless, but the dirt was pretty caked on. Not a deal breaker for me. Just some feedback.
Didn't like the appearance of the greyhound station or the "shady characters" waiting for the greyhound who evidently not too long got out of jail and riding with regular customers
Got there a lil early just in case and I gotta say, everything was great, everybody was very professional, left at the according time and we arrive at the estimated time as well in Tampa, overall a very smooth ride I really enjoyed it and will, for sure do it again soon.
Won't ever use again. Would not let me change trip to next day, when I mistakenly put in the wrong day. They kept my money. Suckers. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND PASS IT IN.
