The drivers were all really nice and professional they provided a good service. However, I find inhuman for a trip of 15 hours to be forbidden to eat in the bus and to have toilet out of service. Those kind of travels are hard enough like that and it will avoid repeating and unnecessary stops which cut constantly the sleeping.

Staff somewhat aggressive, did not respect our seats And our group was separated. Air conditioning was off for a long time in very hot weather. Bathroom not working with no water, very bad smell and People took off shoes and had smelly feet. The bus made stops to drop off and pick up passengers when the trip said it was direct to Barcelona.
