The driver of the bus was very rude with the passengers. The bus arrived at the gate on time but the driver spent almost 15 mins without opening the doors and chatting with one of other person inside the bus. All the passengers were made to wait for the the driver to open the door. Upon asking for this behaviour, the driver behaved very rudely with one of the passengers and did not allow him to board the bus. This kind of attitude towards the customers is deplorable.
It’s was not safe, the driver was eating “kebabs” and drinking while he was driving, he was also using his telephone. We had two stops, one was in a place very comfortable for 15 minutes (we had clean bathrooms and different kind of food like Starbucks) and the other stop was for 30 minutes in a place with only a place with “kebabs” and no more things to eat. Another thing was that we couldn’t have charges points in the bus neither light or bathroom for a trip of 8 hours.
The bus did not arrive to collect us for the trip and there was no communication at all from the company. I was even issued a seat an hour before the trip was scheduled to depart Myself and other customers on the same trip were left stranded at the station and waited 7 hours to take another bus with a rival service. Absolutely terrible ! Do not use !
Zero communication with passengers by driver and desk staff. Very unclear giving boarding instructions and very rude desk staff. Will not travel with eurolines again, will not recommend bus over an hour late meant missing all last public transport to get to hotel.
Communications were in a different language and no effort was made to translate the communication. The delay happened and the bus company suggested we get a snack which was not given to the customers. The customer care was so poor. Communications too were so poor. It's the most unprofessional service I've experienced ever and yet I'm from a different country.
My trip from Paris to Amsterdam with Ouibus was a complete failure. The bus was over an hour late and managed to departure approx. 1h 20min after it was supposed to. Due to the traffic etc the bus was approx 3,5h late in total. Based on what I’m used to while travelling across the Europe this is totally unacceptable and I feel pretty much fooled by your company.
We had to stand in the cold because the bus was delayed for more than 2 hours and it was an 8hr journey. We got no compensation whatsoever. They sent an email notification as well but it was blank so I have no idea what it was supposed to say. We had no choice but to wait as there were no other buses going to our destination at that time. It was a disaster.
It couldn’t be more bad. I can’t understand the next bus(23:45) went to Amsterdam on time, but my bus (23:30) was delayed for two hours in mid-night! Also, the bus even doesn’t have a chargeing socket！
1st of all we 2 both didn't able to attend bus due pick up point change from mercy to place d'italie. Then next bus and pick up point was given wrongly from the ouibus employee so we cancelled and took flixbus. Very upsate for ur worst service. 37.97 Europe u just waste. Please return the amount.
Sadly it was a terrible experIence. The driver cannot confirm our seat because me and my parter weren't included on his list.
Your staff confirmed my booking didn't appear so we weren't supposed included on the trip.
After a number of calls from your staff, just after confirm they had free spaces they let us to get into the trip.
Same situation for other 5passangers, we all book throughout your page. We think we'll never do it again
The driver was yelling everybody that he was a police officer from Netherlands and that we shouldn't make him waste his time by asking him things that in his opinion were very clear (baggage drop in cabin or in hold, etc). That made people follow totally the rules (considering the number of people there were), and he treated everybody the same but in a hard way. And yes, it was probably a bit too hard. No need to yell "yes is yes and no is no", "no fit on the cabin it means it goes to the hold" didn't have any problem and in general he was nice inside of his "police" mode. Just to point out thar we are clients of a company not militars on a war... by the way, he probably was too hard because he was alone. There were so many people for just one driver without assistance... The day before I had used Flixbus and on the boarding, there were 2 people supervising. Maybe because of the amount of people and him being alone, he has to react this way in order to control correctly all. A weird bus trip...
