Positives: The bus was extremely clean, comfortable and made for an enjoyable 3 hr drive to Andorra la Vella. Only Negative & maybe it was due to the Driver's lack of English was the he spoke and or hand gestured to us in a manner that was both aggressive & rude. We didn't know that we both had to enter the bus at the same time.

the only problem for me was that there was no signs of Andbus in the airport bus stop. The drive itself was very good

Very fast trip with amazing scenery the whole way. 6 mins. late to leave as driver kindly waited for some passengers. No coffee is allowed on board. Explanation at the Andorran border should be provided in more than just Catalan /Spanish verbally as most of us tourists didn't know what to do, delaying the border crossing process. Perhaps consider English & French which would have clarified process for most of us.

The journey was comfortable, coach was clean and on time. The only thing that could have been done better was the explanation of who needed to have papers checked at the border crossing.

The bus arrived on time, and the driver was very friendly and polite to everyone onboarding. The sits are great and comfortable, and the WiFi worked really well.
Some pitfalls: I don’t know why, but before coming to get us, the bus passed by the stop about 15-20 mins before departure hour without stopping though. I’ve seen him leave coming up to the stop, so I was worried for some time it won’t come back:) another thing: though it was supposed to be prohibited to eat at all, which is a bit sad:) I found some chips crumbs on my small table. It wasn’t too pleasant.
As for other points, everything was great and comfy:) I’ll definitely consider this bus company when visiting Andorra next time.
