Bus was comfortable and the driver greeted us with a smile and some conversation. Wifi was okay. It was surprising to me that there was free wifi but no toilet paper in the toilet!
The bus left Paris on time but reached Bruxelles-Midi more than 2hours late. Driver just kept stopping and at one stop (only 20 minutes away from destination), he waited more than an hour. Some people took Uber and left. He didn't speak english so no one in the bus had any idea what was going on... it was frustrating...
The arrival to Brussels was nearly 2 hours late and the bathroom on board was terrible. Out seat tray was also broken. However the WiFi was okay and the bus fairly clean.
Very unprofessional.
Bus delayed & no one cared to explain why & when it could be expected.
Another bus going to Brussels arrived & those of us who were still waiting 2 hours on (because our bus was said to be delayed) were not prioritized, even when we explained that we have flights to catch at Brussels).
The bus was late for an hour. Some of the seats in bus were broken and there weren’t any toilet paper or running water in the toilet. But for the price that I paid, the bus journey was okey.
Worst bus experience I’ve ever had. The bus for 10:15 didn’t come until 11:40 while every other bus was on time. And the Ouibus staff acted nonchalant about the whole thing, saying ‘it’ll be 25 minutes’ every time we would ask. The bus driver then takes an hour break in the middle of the trip, so instead of getting there at 14:40, we got to Brussels at 16:40! Would not take Ouibus again.
Travelling from Paris to Brussels was super easy on eurolines bus. The directions to the station were very precise, The ride was very smooth, bus was on time , overall excellent.
Have a clear indication where buses going to specific spaces are, we wasted 10 min waiting in a line that was for a bus to Morrocco and the room had a sticker for paris to brussels
The system was completely unorganized. My confirmation email gave me a coach number that was incorrect. I got to the station and was told that that coach was going elsewhere. I then had to search for a long time to find anyone that could tell me what the correct bus was. I very nearly missed it.
The whole check in process was a disaster. I heard people saying they paid extra for WiFi and it wasn’t working. We also took a 30 minute stop when we were only 20 minutes from our destination which didn’t make sense to me.
I think theb bus condition can be more improved. The seat is detached from the plate so it's not steady. There is no electrical plug whereas that's become a standards intercity bus..and the wifi is not working..
Excellent service. Our driver was very kind and a very careful driver. Tq for reaching our destination without any incident. Will definitly recommend Ouibus.
Muy buen servicio. Fueron puntuales y los asientos era espaciosos con posibilidad de moverlos. Recomendaría incorporar pantallas con películas como alsa
