I had very difficult sleeping in the bus.
The only problem I had was the restroom on the bus had a very bad smell and no tissue to clean yourself.
Very sanitary and nice bus.
Never going with them agaim. Bus from Phoenix to LA was late, so we didn’t catch the bus to San Diego. The only thing they could do was to give a new ticket to the bus leaving 3 hours later (But they couldn’t confirm there were enough seats for us). Very bad experience. I expect that Greyhound are going to fix the mistakes they did. It is not my fault I was 2 hours late. I feel it is a very bad deal for me to just sit there and wait another 3 hours without getting anything in return.
They were behind the schedule and the bus is too slow because overlay time is too much.
The trip was great. Very comfortable. My bus arrived 30 minutes early to the destination! My only complaint is that the WiFi didn’t work on the bus. I tried trouble shooting but it still kept prompting me to sign back in multiple times and then said there was a error. I gave up and used my data.
Our first bus fromage phoenix to LA had 2h delay, we arrived in LA 3h30 late. We missed our transfer and had to wait 3 more hours to have another bus to San Diego. The first bus had no AC, the restrooms didn't lock and we had no information about what was going on with the delay before going on the bus.
Excellent service, bus station at Phoenix pretty terrible
Phoenix station unorganized, security staff ride and not at all helpful. Driver friendly but bus had only 3 working charging stations. I was frustrated and bored as my electronics died 2hrs. into a 9hr. ride.
Terrible, it broke down twice and my family had to come pick me up.
My and my 10 yea old daughter goinng from phoenix to San Diego and my daughter was not able to sit next to me because everyone did not want give up their seat and were taking to seats just to sleep how rude!!
I booked a bus trip from Phoenix to San Diego on 20-April-2017 to depart at approx 2:00 AM and to arrive in San Diego at roughly 10:00 am. I arrived at the Sky Harbor depot on Buckeye Road in Phoenix 12 minutes before the scheduled departure. I knocked on the door to the bus area and I was completely ignored. The luggage doors of the bus were still open. One greyhound employee did not even bother to help as he was chewing on his food and was waiting to get off work. There was absolutely no reason why I shouldn't have been able to board that bus as it was late for departure anyway. All I had was carry-on luggage. The same greyhound employee, while still chewing on his food, told me I could pay for a transfer and that it would cost me $20.00. I paid the money but had to now wait over 7 hours for the next departure, meanwhile the original bus was still in its bay. This was by far the worst customer service i have ever received from Greyhound. I filed a formal complaint as this is absolutely not acceptable to me!
Bus broke down 3 times, driver scraped bus on a truck. Patrons were absolutely annoying
